The Center for ECP Management is an independent, privately-funded think-tank institution established to advance the fields of employee concerns management and whistleblower protection programs. The Center will accomplish this through the development of professional and quality standards, training, and technical guidance.
The Center will also provide a primary collection point and database for all employee concerns reference materials including technical research, training materials, process and procedure templates, benchmarking, and case studies for use by our members and subscribers.

The Center’s mission is to help all organizations implement quality EC programs that removes real risk from the workplace and encourages all stakeholders to raise issues without fear.
The Center for ECP Management is administered by Speak Up Incorporated LLC.
Center Guidance:
The Center’s main activities are managed by an Advisory Board consisting of recognized experts and practitioners across multiple industries and companies. The Advisory Board sets the direction, scope and focus of all developed content and reference materials.
Reference:
The Center for ECPM will collect and maintain a library of searchable reference materials for use by registered members and supporting companies. The Center’s document management services will focus on the sharing of best practices, industry benchmarks and new advances in the field of employee concerns management and whistleblower protection.
Sharing:
The Center will publish a bi-annual journal of submitted EC technical papers, case studies and templates for use by program managers and other practitioners.
Areas of advance, research and specific projects are contributed by active ECP practitioners across multiple industries and sectors.
The Center works with other professional development organizations like the National Association of Employee Concerns Professionals (NAECP) and various other agencies to advance the ECP discipline.
Contributing reference materials is easy. Just send a request for material review to michael.wilson@speakupinc.com. Include your contact information, the name of the submitted document(s) and a brief description.
You will receive back more detailed instructions on the acceptance process which includes program terms and conditions, potential royalties, and publishing/use agreements.
