Our mission is to help clients remove the risk associated with the concerns raised by their workforce.  We do this by guiding management and by helping build a culture where employees feel safe to speak up.

  • We are a network of independent ECP practitioners, carefully selected because of our recognized expertise and direct ECP experience.
  • We operate in a "work team" model where teams are uniquely configured to meet your needs. For example, a sensitive HR investigation may require a Speak Up Team with a senior investigator, a paralegal and a HR professional. We leverage our experience to provide our clients with the highest quality services in the shortest cycle time.  
  • Speak Up Inc also administers the Center for ECP Management - a think tank focused on the advancement of the ECP and Whistle-Blower Protection fields.
  • Every Speak Up Inc professional is passionate about helping your company remove risk.

The Center for ECP Management

Developing Standards for Practicing ECP Professionals and EC Programs

The Center for ECP Management is an independent, privately-funded think-tank institution established to advance the fields of employee concerns management and whistleblower protection . The Center will accomplish this through the development of professional and quality standards, training, and technical guidance.


The Center will also provide a primary collection point and database for all employee concerns reference materials including technical research, training materials, process and procedure templates, benchmarking, and case studies for use by our members and subscribers.

The Center’s mission is to help all organizations implement quality EC programs that removes real risk from the workplace and encourages all stakeholders to raise issues without fear.

This is done by developing standards of practice, policy templates, procedure guidelines and other useful reference materials. The Center for ECP Management is administered by Speak Up Incorporated LLC.
